Pintados (lit. The Painted Ones) is a Philippine television series produced by GMA Network and directed by Mark Reyes. This action-adventure series is about five ordinary teenagers chosen and trained to become superheroes that will save and protect the human from the rage of evil forces. This series is considered to be the very first and earliest fantasy series on Philippine television.
Daniel, Reewa, Antonio, Maya and Pido are just ordinary teenagers. But their lives change when their families become victims of terrible crimes. So when the government sets up a clandestine crime fighting unit, they voluntarily joined this elite force in order to gain justice and to protect the others, as well. Armed with unique armours and gadgets and hid themselves into ethnic war paint and tattoos, the five ordinary teenagers become the newest protectors of good versus evil—the Pintados.
One episode shows a female villain attempting to kidnap and rape Datu (naked) in a swimming pool in a hotel.
